SWEATER AND SKIRT ASOS BAG COCCINELLE SHOES MARKS & SPENCER
Hi loves! My boyfriend Mats and I had our belated Valentine's celebration on Saturday (we had brunch at The Smith then went to the Whitney) and I thought I'd share my outfit with you!
One of my favourite trims du jour is frills (I really can't get enough of them) and so when I saw this skirt in the Asos sale I knew I had to get it! I decided to make it a little more casual by layering this chunky knit (also Asos) on top! I also debuted my newest obsession: this gorgeous bag from Coccinelle! They also have it in a tan-brown which I may have to snap up too! ;)

Hi loves! Today I thought I'd share a lil tip that I've found really brightens my days: fresh flowers! Now of course I know that buying flowers are not cheap by any means (and I was actually given these two at work by a very sweet individual :) ), however you don't always need an entire bouquet to add a little colour and fragrance to your home! Just these two stems instantly added a feeling of freshness in my bedroom; it feels like Spring has come early!

SKIRT SANDY LIANG TOP, BAG, EARRINGS TOPSHOP SHOES MARKS & SPENCER
Hi loves! I thought I'd do a post on what I wore at the Sandy Liang FW18 presentation yesterday during NYFW! I'm currently interning with Sandy and got the chance to help out and attend the show which was so so dreamy!
I'm wearing one of my current obsessions: the most beautiful skirt from Sandy Liang (Resort 18)!

JUMPER ASOS EARRINGS TOPSHOP
Hi loves! It's the new year and, although time is a man-made construct (hehe), there's nothing like the start of a new year to get you motivated to realign your goals and visions for the future! January felt like kind of a haze for me and I sort of felt as though the year hadn't really started, but now that February is under way and I'm back at classes and work, I've felt reenergized and ready to take on a new year and new chapter in my life! Recently, I've been ruminating on what small, everyday changes I can make to better my mental and physical wellbeing, so I thought I'd share some of them with you!
- Make your bed every morning! This is an easy way to make your room look more put together!
- Allow yourself some quiet time at the start of everyday
- Carry water with you EVERYWHERE!
- Plan out your days (and what you'd like to accomplish) in advance but don't beat yourself up if it doesn't go strictly to plan!
- Read something for pleasure everyday (part of a book, an article etc.)
- Do something relaxing/calming 30 minutes before you go to sleep that is non-electronic
- Exercise!!!
- Take a hot shower or bath at the end of each day
- Stop internalizing all of your feelings - use your journal!
- Take note of what you're grateful for more often :)
If you have any tips, please share below!
